Community Development Area (CDA) Sub-Committees
CDAs were established to further encourage local representation in assessing the needs of communities. The sub-committees are formed when a request is received from a community and local support can be demonstrated.
Operating at a lower level than Community Boards, some CDAs are responsible for all activities in their communities, and others are responsible for only recreational facilities. CDAs can recommend to Community Boards and/or Council.
