Community Housing
Sixty-nine housing units are provided throughout Southland by Council for people either on a pension or who need this type of housing.
The units are located in Edendale, Lumsden, Nightcaps, Ohai, Otautau, Riversdale, Riverton, Tuatapere, Winton and Wyndham. The rents are used to maintain and upgrade the units.
If any tenant has a maintenance issue, please contact either Gary Tong on 0800 732 732 or your liaision officer for each block.
If anyone is interested in becoming a tenant, please contact Ivan Nicholson on 0800 732 732. If eligible, you will be put on a waiting list for a unit.
