Eweburn Farm Private Plan Change

Southland District Council has received an application proposing the following Private Plan Change to the Operative Southland District Plan 2001: Eweburn Farm Private Plan Change - Proposed Plan Change 9. Landcorp Farming Limited is applying to rezone an area of rural land on Eweburn Farm to enable a mixture of rural use, rural residential development, tourist accommodation and some commercial activities.
