Registered Premises

The following types of activities, with some exceptions, need to be registered by Council under the Health (Registration of Premises) Regulations 1966:

  • Retail food premises

  • Hair salons

  • Camping grounds

  • Sale yards

  • Offensive trades

  • Funeral parlors

Trading in public places

With some exceptions, requires a licence from Council under the Trading in Public Places Bylaw 2008.
