It is chaired by Allan Youldon.
CDA members are Harry Bull, Shirley Mouat, Malcolm McLean (Deputy Chair), Russell Smith and Phil Wornall.

Meeting dates for 2010 are: 17 February, 19 May, 18 August and 17 November.
