Hosting events at Council facilities

Many of Southland’s reserves, halls and community centres are available for hosting community or private events. 

If you are holding an event you will to complete and return an event application form. There is one for small events, up to 100 people, and one for large events, over a 100 people. Once completed return the form to communityfacilities@southlanddc.govt.nz
