Operative District Plan (ePlan)

The Southland District ePlan is operative as of 19 April 2024.

Changes introduced by the National Planning Standards ePlan version affect the structure of the document and the definitions section. Provisions within the District Plan have not changed as part of this change.

Southland District Council will accept applications that have been assessed using the old District Plan for a period of time.
