The customer service delivery review is about supporting the staff and the community, of Southland District Council in deciding how best to design customer services for the next ten years.

The aim of the review is to achieve customer and library services which provide:
• value for ratepayers, customers and residents
• optimum value consistent with Southland District Council strategic objectives
• Customer and library services that meet ratepayer needs now and over the next 10 years.

This review will also take into consideration the changes in national and international delivery of customer services.

Southland District Council is committed to providing the best possible customer experience to you and your community.  By participating in this survey, you will help us identify areas where we can best deliver our services and better understand your community's needs now and into the future.

Data collected from this survey will contribute to our customer support delivery review.
