Disposal of Fortrose hall building

Southland District Council are retaining the land where Fortrose hall currently stands at 44 Neva Street, Fortrose, but would like this building to be removed at no extra cost to Council and the community.

Tender closes at 5pm on the 6th of September 2023. Response forms from interested parties are the only documentation we require. These are to be hand delivered to 15 Forth Street tender box, posted to 15 Forth Street: PO Box 903, Invercargill 9840 or couriered to: 15 Forth St Invercargill 9810.
