Standard subdivision consent conditions

Council’s resource consents team has prepared a set of standard conditions that will be used for subdivision consents in the Southland District. The standard conditions are only a guide and may need to be modified/adapted to suit the circumstances of a subdivision consent.

Council encourages applicants for subdivision consents to utilise the standard condition wording when proposing draft conditions of consent. We also encourage feedback on the conditions, as they are likely to be a work in progress over time.
