Appointment roster for the building team

We will be getting out and about into our district offices to bring building closer to you. Below is a roster of when and where we will be.
If you would like to set up a specific time on any of these dates, please email building-cs@southlanddc.govt.nz or feel free to just pop in and see us.
We will have someone from our technical team to answer your more difficult questions and one of our co-ordinators who can help you navigate your way through our Simpli portal.
Invercargill appointments
The Invercargill office has two appointments available daily at 10.30am and 2pm.
Te Anau technical office appointments
Te Anau office has a daily appointment at 10.30am available for any technical queries requiring a BCO. If you are unsure please call 0800 732 732 and request the building department, they can advise whether it can be answered by Coordinator team or if an appointment will need to be booked.
Building in the district visits timetable
All office appointments are bimonthly on Thursday except Lumsden which on Wednesday.
